Well, in one of my fits of insanity, I arranged the Beatles` tune "Blackbird" for bass. The following is the arrangement, which combines the vocal line and the guitar line. I`ve worked on it on and off for about a week, and can play it almost up to speed. You will notice that some of the rhythms don`t add up per measure. This is due to some notes in the chords having different lenghts, which I can`t show in tab. Also, `$` means "D.S. Sign" and `@` is a fermata. The arrangement is in the original key (G), which means I use 24 frets. If you don`t have 24 frets on your bass, just move everything down a couple of frets.
Enjoy!
Erik
