OK, this song is in an alternate tuning, but I think I have it figured out. You retune to this: D G D G G G Maybe down a couple steps or so...I can't tell. The intro basically strums Open strings. The verse goes like this:

That's basically it. Don't worry about wether or not your guitar is exactly In tune when playing this. Beck's never is. :)
